Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Certain products (e.g., consumables, personalized items) are non-returnable.

Refund Process

  1. Email support@minorise.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm refund eligibility.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider. Contact us if the issue persists.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos for quicker resolution.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be processed for shipping.
